StanfordVotes, which is a committee within Stanford in Government, works to increase the number of Stanford students registering to vote and participating in elections. Stanford students, faculty, and staff work together to build a stronger campus community around voter registration and engagement.
The many volunteer opportunities include:
- staffing voter registration events
- creating innovative ways of increasing the number of campus members who are registered to vote
- publicizing upcoming elections
- hosting opportunities for campus members to learn about election topics
