CS Bridge

Multi-quarter part-time
Education & Youth Development,
Technology & Engineering

The CS Bridge program is a collaboration between Stanford University and host universities around the world.

CS Bridge offers intensive two-week residential courses in the summer for high school students at different universities. Each course is hosted by a well-known university in the host country and is free for the participating high school students. Each program is made up of 100-200 high school students. Due to the current pandemic, CS Bridge is being offered as a three-week online course this year.

Stanford University undergraduate, graduate, and coterm students are eligible to apply to be a Section Leader for the program. The Section Leader is responsible for teaching and supporting a small group of students in the program. A familiarity with the Stanford CS 106A curriculum is necessary.

This academic year the CS Bridge program launched CS Bridge @ Home in which Stanford Section Leaders have the opportunity to coordinate a program in their home community and teach a small cohort of students.
