CHE aims to create space for discussion on Latinx issues to support an interest in changing the fields of clinical and public health. We address the needs of our Latinx community by connecting members to volunteer opportunities while supporting them academically. We encourage an interdisciplinary education rooted in community service that addresses Latinx issues and those intersecting.We empower our community through mentorship within our organization and the medical school in order to build a larger network of resources while creating a sense of belonging. You do not have to be pre-med or Latinx to join. CHE always stands in solidarity with those fighting health disparities that affect marginalized and underrepresented minorities.
