Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is the first Black Greek-lettered Sorority, founded on January 15, 1908 on the campus of Howard University in Washington D.C. The Xi Beta Chapter was chartered on the campus of Stanford University on June 25, 1981. In the years that have followed, members of the chapter have continued to uphold the fundamental tenants of the sorority, engage in meaningful, direct service with the intention of uplifting the community, and fulfill the legacy of excellence set by their predecessors. The Xi Beta Chapter is dedicated to serving our community through impactful programming.
